I think it is a fair point within the context. It links up with the "NK developing nukes for survival" but it also plays out in the sense that an outside nation of any sort, including our allies, can never be certain that 4 years

While I get the author's point, the problem is that for a lot of us in the US (those primarily impacted by Equifax I believe, unless they do work overseas as well), if someone claims to be me and gets the IRS to send my income tax refu

I feel like it may be a yes, but just to ask: would the OpenBSD books be of benefit for someone wanting to get started with FreeBSD? I'm guessing the answer is more likely a percentage, somewhere > 50%.

my guess is it is the latter. If I have my own framework and I want to operate with this standard, I need to have the ability to map to and from ONNX's format. I don't think it is intended for people to write directly in ONNX'

I'm sure there are new things coming but the era of gamechanging (or at least gimmicks that felt gamechanging) is probably near an end. That said, I find nothing wrong with Apple adding features from Android (and vice versa) where it f

Honestly though, I don't think that's far off in that even those you mentioned are leveraged as a library (Firefox maybe not, not sure. Chrome can be used headless so guessing there's a possibility for Firefox. Some of the op

I'm sure they'll figure it out at some point, but the mystique of Apple only releasing something when it was "ready" has been over for a while now. So not only did it come later, it was less evolved than the Windows impl

I'm kind of split on Snowden. I think he had noble intentions with it, but I worry that he disclosed more than was pertinent to the surveillance state-ish aspects he was trying to blow the whistle on. Do I think he's a traitor? No

I could be totally wrong as I haven't really messed with it beyond dabbling, but from what I've heard, ASP.NET 4.? (6?) to ASP.NET Core is a pretty big shift which is why there's a lot of conversation around it. In fact, ASP.
