Can you point to the models that are entirely made in the USA? I’m having trouble searching for this - but all the top results seem to be SEO or AI slop, so perhaps I’m just not finding them.

FWIW I at least am willing to pay someone else to make my Ibuprofen from the crude oil so I don’t have to. Sounds like it’d be messy.

There is confusion in that thread. People seem to be complaining that they can’t access Washington Post articles, but in 2024, when that thread was written, The Washington Post was not included in Apple News Plus. It joined in 2025 ( https:

The issue with the recent rise in Show HN submissions, from the perspective of someone on the ‘being shown’ side, is that they are from many different perspectives lower quality than they used to be. They’re solving small problems or proble

It was easy to dismiss the show at the time because, though Pace’s performance was great from the beginning, it felt like he was a Temu Don Draper in an 80s Mad Men wannabe with ‘tech’ replacing ‘ads’. The show is not at all that if you sti

I love this. It always mildly tickles me when retrocomputer designs use anachronistic processors way more powerful than the CPU in their design - in this case, there’s a ATmega644 as a keyboard controller (64K ROM - although only 4K RAM, up

FWIW, it looks like the performance gain the bot identified (and so adamantly defended!) is in fact a wash in real testing: https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/issues/31130

I may well be missing something, but this reads to me as code execution on user action, not lock bypass. Like, you couldn’t get a locked phone that hadn’t already been compromised to do anything because it would be locked so you’d have no w

This is gold. Meta-spoiler (you may not want to read this before the article): You really need to read beyond the first third or so to get what it’s really ‘about’. It’s not about an AI singularity, not really. And it’s both serious and sat

It seems obvious that this ‘may’ is the ‘may’ used in the sense of granting permission: “you may go to the restroom”, “you may begin eating”, “you may ask questions now”, “you may kiss the bride” etc. All these are clear. The wedding offici

The ‘birthplace’ of the 555 is in downtown Sunnyvale - an easy trip if you’re in the Valley*. It’s in an alley between Murphy Ave. and the parking lot off S. Frances. There’s a realtor’s office opposite the side entrance to Fashion Wok. Tha
