Same here. I am so glad my parents and aunt decided to switch to GNU/Linux. I live quite far away from them and with Windows had to travel a lot for constant problems with Windows (about each month). Since they switched to GNU/Lin

Fun fact, I spent more money on GNU/Linux and donations to FOSS projects then I ever have for Windows and its software. Why because it is just better more user respecting and is constantly improving, and the opposite is true for Micros

Same here, using KDE Plasma + Wayland on openSUSE Tumbleweed and AMD GPU and have no problems with 3 monitors all set to different fractional DPIs. No complaints for a long time. But yeah had lots of problems in GNOME or other GTK desktops.

Well it is not exactly nobody. I know a few people who were not GNU/Linux users and bought laptops from them, But yeah you have to do some research for informed buying, it is a must for anything otherwise if you only buy known brands y

I sure hope they switch to KDE Plasma as a default. It would make a lot of sense. KDE Plasma is just more configurable and customizable and all this out of the box. It also provides much more features out of the box and is more powerful. An
