Try P90X 3. About 15 30 minute videos that definitely keep you in shape. About half don’t need any equipment, and a quarter only need a pull-up bar.

There are so few famous people online that have been so giving with their time, willing to reply to every email. I think your (public) actions speak volumes about who you are. Your writing (and also whenever you’re interviewed on a podcast)

I had this problem but then realized that’s the way to get nothing done. Makes much more sense to commit to ideas for a specified period of time before moving onto the next thing. Some things will stick and some won’t. But I suggest testing

Isn’t it easy for these young 30 somethings to spread it to their families? Don’t any of them have young children at home? Interact with elderly parents? Not sure this is the best line of thinking.

Clickcease.com is an Israeli company that helps prevent this. It’s a common tactic in high cost keyword industries like lock smiths. Sorry to hear about your experience. That sucks.

We thought the same way but it’s difficult to replace the social component. Still it’s hard to see how bad the school system is and force our kids to participate. It could be so much better.

I think we’re starting to see changes in allowing people the right to die on their own terms. This may be a consequence of the decline of religion. In any case, this may have a significant effect on the last months of healthcare costs. Howe

I buy about ten t shirts a year and wear them almost every day. After about a year most are garbage - holes in them, stains, etc. Any suggestions? I’d love to not have to do this anymore.
