I disagree with this comment. Real estate can provide solid 5-7% after tax returns (in parts of the US) and due to leverage and low mortgage rates, a small annual increase in price can greatly increase the value of your investment. Most peo

I’m also an introvert but find that having relatively few friends but very strong relationships with those friends gives my life added meaning. But the message for me is that we should work on ourselves first to be happy with who we are.

That’s one of my favorite stories by shel Silverstein. Just a solid reminder you need to be happy with yourself. Not look for something outside of yourself to bring you happiness or complete you. The article brought back some good memories

Yes that’s correct. Usually strong search position with a few keywords. One I bought and later sold had an affiliate partnership already set up.

They all had revenue and vetted by empire flippers (and myself). I figured that I could either increase traffic or use simple strategies to increase revenue and then resell them at a higher price. I’m not sure what the owners motivation was

I’ve purchased several websites on empireflippers.com in the $10-30k range. Happy to answer any questions.

Don’t forget about real estate prices. They’ve skyrocketed as well and are a very common way to park money.

This sounds similar to the !bangs in DuckDuckGo, like !yt for YouTube or !gi for google image search. It’s one of my favorite features.

Thank you for saying this. It’s frustrating to see all the hate against employers. It really depends on the company and people you work with, and that can be said for both the employee and employer.

What an incredible list. Thanks for writing this out. I can’t wait to try some of these.

Israel does respect human rights. It also has the right to protect its citizens and borders.

There is a lot of confusion here. Israel is 25% Arab (mostly Palestinian). All those Palestinians have full medical care just like any other citizen of Israel. Israel has now begun to vaccinate Palestinian workers that commute from Gaza and

In the past two decades Israel has given back complete control of Gaza to the Palestinians. They had one election 15 years ago. Hamas won on a campaign of abolishing Israel (“from the river to the sea...”). They proceeded to shoot thousands

Wow, I have to say that I think you write beautifully. I’m a native English speaker learning a second language and I can only hope to be able to write this well.

This looks great. I just downloaded the iOS app. I always end up with multiple windows open in safari and then eventually lose some of them, so this seems to fit my needs perfectly. Loved the layout design. Looking forward to trying it.

I’m not a coder. This looks awesome and I’d really love to try it. Can anyone tell me how to get this working or point me to a set of instructions? I see the code and read me on GitHub but don’t know what to do next. Thank you.

Wouldn’t that mean an end to a lot of free services? If I want to pay for email there are plenty of services. If I want to trade viewing some ads for free email service shouldn’t that choice be up to me?

Israel is like that. Unless you own a business. If you’re a salaried employee you never have to file.

Very thoughtful comment. I’m an American living abroad and got US citizenship for my children. I constantly wonder if I made a mistake. I do get some tax savings, and most of my income and assets are in the US so I save for them there. But

I wonder what portion of that being ready is due to physical pain and limitations. I’d bet a 97 year old with the body of a 25 year old would have a different sentiment.

I wonder what the effects of rapidly vaccinating your population would be, like Israel is currently doing. There are still children and people who can’t tolerate a vaccine, but vaccinating 6.5M out of 8.5M people quickly (assuming 2M childr

The argument that people who care about the environment shouldn’t have children just makes absolutely no sense to me. For me, one of the main reasons I care about the environment is for my children (and hopefully one day, grandchildren).

Paying down debt shouldn’t affect net income. That’s a balance sheet item. If you earn $100, and keep it or use it to pay down debt, net income is still $100.
