IMO, it’s because crypto still has an aura around it and journalists hesitate to call crypto a fraud. Nothing FTX was doing is any different than what’s going on in tether, yet that still has defenders. Virtually all crypto is a ponzi, but

Spotify is 100% right about Apple's fees being extortionate. On the other hand, Elon is such a loathsome human being that I can't respect anyone signal-boosting him. Stop giving him attention, he is absolutely addicted to it.

The assumed context was the article, which specifically states it’s about Asians living in the West. I wasn’t assuming the West is the only culture that matters, just that the West was the specific culture under discussion. When it comes to

So foreigners don’t need to respect the local cultures at all? They can fly the most offensive symbols and say “well in my home country it’s fine” and then play victim when everyone around them is like “hey, take it down a notch”? Give me a

Yeah. Any talk of “reclamation” isn’t going to work very well as long as actual nazis are around and using the symbol. People are welcome to try, of course, but to act like victims when they’re politely asked to hide the symbols is hypocrit

I'll agree here, the algo has changed, but maybe not for the worse. I am doomscrolling less, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It can't be healthy to constantly be doomscrolling.

I had the same experience. I've given TikTok several chances, each time it ends with me deleting the app after "the algo" and I disagree about what I actually want to watch. Yes, I paused for longer on the weird videos, but t

This may be true for older Apple Watches, but it's not true for the latest Apple Watch. I get 3 days of battery life on regular usage, and a full charge only takes about an hour. Throwing it on the charger while I take a shower or wash

I just got the Apple Watch 8, it's my first Apple Watch. The battery life is excellent. Lasts for 3 days from a full charge. Throwing it on the charger for a few minutes every day while I wash dishes is enough to keep it charged indefi
