"Everyone" has not switched nor is "everyone" switching. Most distros are yes. Some are not. Personally I like shell scripts and plan to continue using them as long as feasible. They work, and when/if they don'

There are distros that don't use systemd. Slackware for one. Besides, appeal to popularity isn't a very good argument from my perspective.

Exactly. There are very valid arguments against systemd that have nothing to do with being a "hater".

I assume you mean the hatred and ugly talk needs to stop. With that I will agree and can see no reason anyone would think it a good idea to engage in this kind of behavior. But this is not necessarily the dislike and rejection of systemd. T

I actually saw an undercover sting (not federal) in progress once. It was late at night in a small town in rural New Mexico. The town had two convenience stores. I was passing through and stopped at one of the stores to buy a soda and the p

Working hard is habit. Habit is born of doing. Doing is born of necessity. If you don't have an inner need you probably won't develop hard work habits. So find the need. It's an emotional thing at the basic level really. If y

I've found it's harder to get a job you are massively overqualified for than to get one you are barely qualified for. If you need a job which you are massively overqualified for, dumb it down and do your best to appear no sort of

To me, the most ironic part of the whole situation is Hoover's private behavior... That aside, there is very little doubt in my mind Hoover was a bad man. The sad part is, many people eventually are bad given the chance and they never

If you don't think about technical analysis as charts and lines, but rather patterns or cycles of market (and human) behavior (which is of course what the charts and lines represent) you might see how technical analysis could have some
