Depends on the ratio. If they get 1g downstream but only 128k up than you are correct. If the current ratios maintain you will see more abuse. I am all for every man, women and child having cheap reliable access to the Internet.

I like and use zendesk. It is worth checking out with the free trial. The only thing I don't like about it is the code used on the page cannot be optimized in the manner I would like. It really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of thing

That was my thought but a 500GB hard drive in a notebook fills up fast when you have 40g - 100g virtual machines. I was counting on technology to "fix" an organization issue. Now I just have a lot more of the same issue.

I like/use Amazon Cloudfront. Do you know this size of the plugin and your estimated downloads? Both Rackspace and Amazon will get the job done. You just have to decide on price and which system you want to depend on.
