Good point, that would certainly confuse the situation if there was a 5x variation. Even though they aren't treated the same as drugs there are still quailty standards in the US, although they don't seem to be enforced very well.

I'm fairly sure I tried somewhere around .3mg 4 hours before bed and it still woke me up (and I couldn't get back to sleep for hours). I just recently tried .3ish mg (scooped from powder this time so not very precise, next time I

I think you mean sleep efficiency here not sleep quality? Sleep quality isn't possible to measure precisely without EEG and usually both deep sleep and REM sleep are tracked (and both together are usually less than half of sleep). I r

The first generation antihistamines are strongly anticholinergic, so long term use might have cognative effects and may increase the chance of dementia later in life. They can also interact with a lot of other medication since they are muc

I get the wake up reaction with any dose, unless I take it with other stuff that keeps me asleep. I have Non-24 and have tried a bunch of stuff and have found finding things to help stay asleep easier than finding stuff to help get to slee

I've done exactly that to a couple of transcend usb sticks and managed to kill one when deleting some files while the rsync was running (to free up enough space for the rsync to finish). I think the controllers on the sticks are just

Those things are not as accurate as they seem since sellers can apparently opt out of allowing their price to show on the api used (or possibly Amazon does it automatically). It should work for this kind of thing with prices above normal,

The people running couchsurfing killed it themselves by changing from a non-profit to a VC funded for-profit business after accepting huge amounts of volunteer effort. But yeah, they aren't really the same thing. There is some overlap

The Braid mechanic was great for that kind of game. Hopefully more games will use it. IIRC, you could also speed forward again if you did that quickly enough after rewinding and it was a way to try to figure out what incorrect assumptions

There are a bunch of ways to solve Zeno's Paradox involving time (and not necessarily involving real numbers and calculus), Wikipedia gives a quick overview of many. In the interesting number paradox a solution can be related to time (
