There are some weird price anomalies at other price points as well for hourly. In my previous posts Lightsail ended up being a fraction of a cent more than the others. As for the 1GB vs 1000MB, I assume it's as another poster mentioned

yeah, I was speaking more in the context of a out of the box solution like Linode's NodeBalancer and DigitalOcean's recent offering. Nothing stopping ya from spinning up a Lightsail instance and slapping varnish on it though :)
