I believe that it's fear that drove people to Trump. With quotes like "they want to turn off the lights all over the world.” It isn't surprising that many on the right vote against their interests because they fear far worse

An NPR politics podcast had mentioned that Trump always responds to the last statement from the other side, even if it's irrelevant to the rest of the statement. Clinton leveraged that during the debates. I can imagine foreign diplomat

The problem with your argument is that it presumes that a border can't be protected. As far as I could discover in my brief searches for information during the election, the border is fairly secure. So, really the wall is more of a sym

Trump railed against the system that allowed politicians to be bought. It turns out his solution is to term limit congress. Sounds like treating a symptom not the root cause.

Wow, that's a dirty tactic. Especially when you consider that what's bad about smoking is tobacco and e-cigs don't necessarily have tobacco.

> Nicotine itself isn't the problem with cigarettes, it's just a stimulant and has the usual stimulant effects Agreed, it's tobacco that is the primary issue. I've been curious to adopt the e-cig for the stimulant a

Good point. You can express an I don't know by spoiling your ballot. Unfortunately not many people consider this option. Nor is this approach perfect.

Everything I've read suggests that with NAFTA we are better off than without it. I wish folks like Trump/Thiel would point us to studies that show otherwise instead of repeating their rhetoric about job losses. Further, I'm q

I'm tired of Apple (and others) tying their products to subscription services. Ie. The server can now act as network storage for your iCloud services (e.g. iCloud drive and photos). But, despite the fact that your server is now your pr

That's fine for Pro's, but a silly strategy for the home/family market. Buying a mini is a no brainer. Buying an iMac is a bit iffy compared to PCs on price. But, a MacBook + display is a no go for most homes. I suppose Apple

My last 3 MacBook Pros were purchased just before Apple did a major redesign. This time around I don't have the usual pang of desire for the new model. Maybe taking one of msfts new models for a spin might be opportune for you.
