Founder of Kippt here. We also pull in links from favorited tweets (not all but should probably add that as well) but unlike Pinboard we don't save the actual tweet content, only links referenced in tweet. New API terms are a bit unsure and

I would strongly advice against using these. While these type of toggle switches work great on mobile, they can we really confusing on desktop/mobile web: where does one click to change state, which state is active etc. Matt Gemmell wrote a

Unfortunately we don't have our own mobile interface just yet (the site somewhat works with iPads). If you're on iPhone, there's an awesome app called Clippt, highly recommend downloading it.

We haven't really thought about this. I think we and users get most out of the discussion if user has actually tried the app. There are times went people email us or tweet to us before trying the app.

We have our email in couple of places but mostly people send feedback via the form. Also Twitter is pretty popular but there it's mostly about questions, not that much about feedback/complements/rants. Personally I like to keep the feedback

I actually think that having a textarea form instead of email address is better: there's less pressure for the user and they might not expect an answer

Tagging is something we're adding soon but we're doing it a bit differently: You can use hashtags in notes which will work as filter for search.
