H.265 hardware decoding is already cheap. For instance, the $35 odroid-c1 has it. Between NVIDIA GTX 900 cards out now and the coming support in Intel's Skylake, there will be a nice install base for H.265 by next year. Unfortunately,

I know people in Illinois used to avoid the toll booth license plate cameras by bending their motorcycle license plates upwards since it only looks for flat rectangles. Another option would be opt out completely and ride a bike.

These are ARM Chromebooks though so there is no conventional bios to flash. They have u-boot with support for booting external media turned off so all you need to do is turn that on and make bootable media. http://archlinuxarm.or

At least they were honest instead of guessing. AT&T has a database of the line rate/quality that the last person who had service was able to achieve. That doesn't mean it's accurate though. Quality can have gone down due

Well if you're running something that requires any sort of crypto, i.e. a bitcoin node, then the RPi's slow CPU is very detrimental.
