I love DOP, and I loathe OOP. But when you use a framework that enforces OOP, it's quickly difficult to use DOP.

The internet has changed, almost everybody can go online, and moderating a website is not the same thing it was in 2010. The most fastidious and expensive task of any social network is removing bots, trolls, hateful users, and maintaining t

It depends how you define social media. There is a lot out there. Personally, I'm not tired of reddit, and I have been using it for more than 10 years now. I'm not really sure if reddit really is a social media. I know I can'

Why is battery life such a difficult thing to achieve? Is it hard to implement in a driver? Or is the battery just low quality? I've heard energy management is often difficult to do right in Linux, but I just wonder why...

I've learned about this when they jailed a french energy CEO for fraud and he talked about this. (This was the infamous case of GE buying a turbine business).

The problem is that you have to take them often to colonize your gut, so it becomes a bit expensive, and it won't work on everyone, depending on their gut (since scientists know too little about the gut).

That's what I would think, but actually it's just that gay rights have improved, and trans people are just asking to be heard too. It's a social awakening, it's not linked to chemicals.

I live in France, I have been able to write c++ for ten years now, and it's not like employers want me. I might not be the best developer, and France might be a bad job market that always requires a degree, but that's my reality.
