Travel is a much more difficult business than it appears on the outset, it requires not just user-friendliness, but the business savvy to get the big players to provide you the information so that you can be user friendly. It's not that the

Unfortunately to make good contacts in the travel industry I think you have to go work for one of the major players.

There is a 10 minute talk of the changes in the JDT: https://admin.adobe.acrobat.com/_a300965365/p57522647/?launc... Nothing earth shattering for what I do, but interesting.

They're definitely showing you historical prices from their cache. Kayak gets such a huge volume of traffic that they can use the lowest price on that route seen in the last 24 hours and have pretty good coverage/accuracy. Personally, this

Gah, I wish there was a contact link on there that wasn't twitter. The typo "fondamental" bugs me, then when looking for contact info I found "Developper" done over and over.

There are tons of tech companies that are north of that Redwood Shores complex, virtually all the programmers I know work north of there actually.

I agree that the overall situation situation for a person in the United States is totally different, I just thought it was a bit interesting that the same types of sentiments can be found in very different countries.

This might be a stretch, but it seemed like some of the attitudes expressed in the article could be true of the US as well: > “I don’t know anyone who believes in the party anymore,” Tons of people don't believe that the US Gov't can do

I don't think that goals themselves are a bad idea, they give you something to aim for and a sense of completion once you get there. Personally I've found that setting short term goals ( < 1 week away ) has helped keep me on course. Th

I agree that it's a mistake that Wikipedia is deleting these articles, free software is probably taking the brunt of it because there are no print magazines for software (or very few compared to professions that existed before). Overall, th

What stuck out to me in these images compared to Haiti was that you saw police and workers there. Inspecting the damage, cordoning off damages buildings, it seems that they've at least got a functioning government.

I guess my point was really that because the demographics are so bad, we're going to have to downgrade our expectations for quality and length of care for the elderly, and nobody wants to think about that.
