Fan and then filter could lead to the fan blades getting dirtier faster. Other than that, I'm not sure if it makes a difference as far as effectiveness.

I'm not sure if it would help, but maybe a way to import financial data from something like personalcapital or mint? It'd save on some of the starting questions, but I don't know if that's even possible.

What did you switch to, if anything? I eventually just stopped updating altogether due to the constant breaking changes, but haven't settled on anything else yet.

IIRC the only real issue I ran into with workers in multiple datacenters was etcd latency. If you have a fast enough network, things will mostly be fine.

Doom emacs has a focus on speed that spacemacs just doesn't have. It's similar enough to spacemacs that it is easy to pick up if you got used to spacemacs at all. I'd recommend trying it out and see how it feels.

I spend well over half of my time in Terraform repos. I've also noticed doom emacs slowing down considerably whenever using the terraform-ls so I have lsp disabled for terraform. Did you ever spend any time debugging what the issue wa

I didn't look too closely at it, but apparently it is just a discord _client_. I'm not sure what the point of having a 3rd party client that is essentially a clone is if you're still using the official servers anyway?

> Also, just because I have a catch all on my domain really shouldn’t be justification for saying my email isn’t valid and is a good way to lose business. Agreed, 100% of the e-mails I use to sign up for services go to a catch-all.

It's been a few years, but every time I learn a new language, I like to try and make an IRC client or IRC bot in that language. It gives you an idea of what the language can do and how to handle network connections with it.

This could make it even more annoying imo. Sometimes the sign up button is the first thing you see, and then other times its the sign in button. You'd end up clicking on one or the other out of habit and realizing it was the wrong th

Have you tried making your own google search? You can pick what sites it will search. I'm not sure if you can say "Prioritize these sites, but still give me results from other sites too". I do wish there was something next

What do you think of the ReMarkable 2? It looks really interesting, but for the price tag I would be scared I won't use it enough. Do you ever share notes you make with it or are they purely for your own reference?

Emacs + Org-mode can sort of do this using org-babel. A lot of people use it for literate programming, or even just for documenting their own emacs configuration. I'm not sure if there's already a plugin or script that can take a

+1 for Longhorn. I started using it in my homelab as an easy replicated/distributed storage. It was a lot easier to setup and had more of an "it just works" out of the box experience compared to openebs/rook/etc.
