As I noted "Buying lots of things in order to resell them is more complicated than buying just one or two things for yourself". Both of the links you provided to cheaper sellers are not set up for bulk sales. The one on Amazon has

As far as I can tell, Adafruit doesn't price gouge. More expensive than some other US places, sometimes, but usually not by much. Sometimes they're cheaper than similar US places. The only places that sell same or similar items fo

Stopping Google's tracking isn't as big a priority to most people as it seems to be to you (otherwise google would be out of business). So it shouldn't really be all that surprising when people make statements that aren'

Something like youtube (streaming _huge_ amounts of videos with with no monetization) was bound to either get ads or die. The corporation didn't kill it. In fact, quite the opposite: they made it so it could keep living.

The effect is the same (for the purposes of an outdoor dining area), and I believe that's what they were referring to. Perhaps a better way to word it would be: bugs will go towards a local light.

I'm looking forward to trying this out! You might want some sort of mention in the website copy about it being self-hostable (unless I'm misinterpreting the docs). The website copy talks about your hosting and the related benefits

There are links to live examples of different compression, and the source code. That's as good as (perhaps even better than) screenshots in this case.

A really great resource. My usual game reference, BoardGameGeek, has a lot of the same info ultimately, but if you just want purely standard card game info, this is much better organized and displayed. Side note: Kind of funny that the site

I see nothing wrong with being sad that Microsoft is removing something from their OS and their suggested (but not included) replacement is a paid app which is at least an order of magnitude larger and more complex. Sure, WordPad isn't

It's still arbitrary because P99 is an arbitrary percentage. Why not P97 or P90? Or P99.9? And if you have an arbitrary cutoff but make exceptions for _some_ people who are over that cutoff, you're opening yourself up to two thing

I fully agree that the self-reporting in this (alleged?) study is suspect. I've been accused of being a corporate shill many times on reddit just for voicing an opinion contrary (or even just partially contrary) to the bulk of the thre
