That's very insightful and shows that you're data-driven. I would also prioritize applying to roles you know you'll love doing rather than trying to apply to various roles, unless you're looking for something net new.

I found that StyleCop and FxCop helped me learn engineering best practices when I was out of college. I highly recommend setting up ES Lint (if your codebase is in JavaScript) or the likes. Having engineering best practices enforced during
