I see no moral delimma. This is nothing more than a cheat code... They are, in effect, rewarding you for having a correct NFC code, thats all. If you obtain that, you have it.

Background checks are useless when so much bad information is floating around... Is being caught with a gram of pot a good reason to not have a job? Because in states where it is (or even, was, but is not now) illegal its often a felony.

I want people who make software designed to do harm to be held accountable. Since he promoted and supported it in a place focused on harmful hacking, his intent was very clear. Him being held accountable is a good precedent to set.

If Linus were advertising and supporting his software on a forum with a heavy focus on non-ethical hacking, that might be an apt analogy. He made the app for unethical purposes... his advertising in said forums is a clear indicator of that.

I fail to see the reason for the delay... Just stop enforcing, period. There is no reason to continue enforcing something that you KNOW is going to be legal soon. Its just letting the last of of the money feed into the judicial system...

FB doesn't just randomly reactivate accounts... If your account comes back, it was probably compromised. Spammers and scammers look for deactivated accounts because i will be longer until they are discovered...
