Sorry I really wasn't trying to be a dick here. The original post asked whether one party could sue instead of being responsible. It is possible that this is why my post seems childish. The point I was trying to make was about conflati

If the source that is copying is also being crawled once per day isn't possible that it would be crawled first and appear to Google that it is the original source?

Sure.. you can sue for whatever you want. There is no guarantee that you will be awarded the damages though.

Not to mention that someone who does not want to be screened is more than welcome to buy a ticket, but then not be able to use the ticket unless they "volunteer" to be screened.

This is completely anecdotal, however, I find I don't feel like I absorb any information unless I can apply it to something. With more mathematical topics, I need to work through problem sets. With literature/history I need to dra

Are there any resources explaining the FOIA process? I'm not sure what types of information is available, what it can be used for, etc and am always amazed with the type of information people are able to get the government to hand over

Can you show me the source for this? My understanding was that the $10,400 was the minimum taxable amount of income, not the minimum required to file. Edit: looks like I was wrong. That number matches what turbo tax is saying[1] 1. https:&

Yeah I totally get that.. current Google Engineers have made a killing with RSUs. I guess my only issue with your comment is this: >$1-2M is ridiculous. You can accumulate that much in 5 years without too much trouble. I would say to rel

Your expenses seem highly optimistic. As a number of other posters have mentioned, your estimate for tax liability seems pretty low. You also mention that you included all of your tax mortgage payments as going toward your net worth. Your m

How do you accumulate 2M in 5 years making 250K? If you had no expenses and somehow paid no taxes you would have 1.25M. The thought that you could make an extra 750K in 5 years in interest seems extremely optimistic. Saying that it is not a

To your point, you aren't Amazon's customer, the insurance companies are. They might be able to use their size as leverage for better prices from manufacturers and compensation from insurance companies. There may also be synergies
