   To your point that they are comparing small datasets. I dont see that as a problem. If they achieve better results on small datasets that is a great achievement, as often the bottleneck is the size of the dataset rather than computation tim

   yes if you go to the root https://github.com/oxford-cs-deepnlp-2017/ you will find the practicals 1-3. Practical 1 has a jupyter notebook skeleton. Practicals 2 & 3 are simply questions guiding your implementation,
