If I could answer it would be a solid "maybe". If you're willing to consider the Translation Lookaside Buffer as part of the contents of RAM then, if the claims are to be believed, SPECTRE and Meltdown could read the content

Why not just use off-the-shelf equipment with modified external antennas? Use OpenWRT on cheap equipment that will accept an external antenna.

You could turn it on by sending the correct Hayes command before connecting. It's really annoying! And it can't be turned back off again until you disconnect.

Trademarks are only supposed to be infringing if they're creating confusion in the marketplace. The boundaries of a trademark are supposed to be within a single "industry". "American Airlines" might be able to sue
