That’s exactly my point. There are millions of Teslas on the road, a single incident nine months ago means very little. You will find thousands of these for humans in the past month alone. Teslas per-mile incident rate is currently about

The car has radar which can see that wall. It’s most likely a problem of what to do , which humans face just the same - do you swerve into the right lane potentially causing a much worse accident?

You might be disappointed to learn that human drivers run into firetrucks way more often than Teslas. The current rate as of October is: Tesla Autopilot Accidents: 1 out of 4,530,000 Miles; US Average: 1 out of 479,000 Miles

Autopilot is included in the base price, it has never cost 9k. The FSD price went up from 7k to 10k last year.

It’s not, the co-pilot might fly the plane for most of the flight.

Sure you’ve been watching the actual reviews? All the ones I could find show 15-20m for sport mode, 10-12m for manual mode averaging >140km/h. It’s one of the key selling points over kits really.

The DC-X was a billion dollar research project. SpaceX first landed a Falcon 9 first stage back in 2015 and now does it every other week as a commercial operator. The idea is not new either, you’ll see rockets landing upright in 1950 cartoo

Have you tested one? Video reviews are reporting at least 10-15m flight times in cold weather.

Most of them are not really artificial, just remnants of some other industrial process (oleoresin of paprika, corn syrup solids, etc). You’re literally eating junk food.

Cooking at home, going to college. That’s still a privileged life. Who suggested Kale? Just eating plain baked potatoes would be a massive improvement in health.

Again, this is why regulation exists, in many markets. It’s nothing new and as far as I know how the majority of states operate. As a society we don’t want the vulnerable to be looted in times of need. Equating that to communism, is well, p

It seems that Frogware thought they had a licensing agreement, while Nacon thought they were buying the game IP. I guess the only way to know is if they publish the contract itself online.

Their issue doesn’t seem to be with Nacon publishing the game though, but trying to appropriate their IP and even releasing other products without permission. That sounds like a clear breach of contract.

iOS has very fast and snappy transitions which are well suited for touch screens. And as pointed out in the article, it’s one of the few touch devices with <30ms input latency, so it can hardly be beaten by anything else. It doesn’t feel

I mean that the power that is still online doesn’t suddenly cost 500x more to produce. The plants are paid extra for.. not being prepared? This is why regulations exist.

Isn’t it mind-boggling that under the stress of winter, the same infrastructure that they had yesterday suddenly costs billions of dollars more to operate? Profiting from calamity. The exact opposite of how public utilities should operate.

I guess you may think of that in the same way the incumbents considered Amazon “another e-commerce play” or Google as “another search engine” while being blind to the real changes happening underneath.
