Congratulations, you've spotted the negligible amount, which I explicitly said was negligible, as opposed to zero. Just because something has some benefit does not mean that benefit is greater than the costs.

When did I say they required a smartphone? A landline will work perfectly fine for "voice" 2FA, and just about anything but a landline will work for SMS 2FA. They probably would mail me a statement, but that means I'm limited

Ah. So we're expecting people - rank and file worker bees - to be paid based on how much revenue (not even profit) their employer (or in this case customer) makes, rather than how much value they provide or another sane measure?

Gonna take a wild guess and say the $10k is for copyright, not PR, y'all.

To all the people saying $10k is low... how is $10k low?! Even if you're making $120k/year that's a month's salary. For something he did for his own, personal enjoyment, not expecting to make anything.

This is your idea of maintainable? Yikes. Tell me, how many places in the referenced snippet would need to be changed to, say, allow commas to be present in numbers?

On the other hand, look at the validation: - Why not check the length of the string before the switch? - Why return a string which is (meant to be) identical to a variable? - Why not set the regex into a variable and then only have one if

If you can't maintain your revenue by signing up new customers to replace those you lose, you have to keep those you already have, and better yet, achieve some growth by upselling them.

Okay, so, as you can see in the first page, it is in fact not from 2001, but instead at least 2017. This is like saying that Windows 10 is from 1985. Just because the first version came out then doesn't mean the latest version did. Als

The world has far better uptake of HTTPS than of DKIM. If DKIM was as widely used as HTTPS, then Google likely would indicate when a message was not signed.

I was able to find this. Haven't attempted it yet but it appears that it is in fact standard TOTP, only the VIP app generates the seed and you have to provide the seed to (in this case) Fidelity. https://gist.github.com/

Unfortunately, Fidelity (at least for my account) only offers some non-standard "Symantec VIP" product. Does someone reading this know if there's a way to turn it into standard TOTP?
