I don't have experience with anyone actually throwing a fit for not insta-replying. But one factor is that for some people not-insta-replying == never replying. Email and text as async communication only works if both parties actually

I would imagine that if something is deemed fraud, it's the ad-space buyer that is deemed the victim, as they're paying for clicks that aren't genuine interest, and not the user/viewer. IANAL etc, but I thought it would

For me the same, plus I have visited LA, which also helped. But I like the idea of a procedural generated GeoGuesser. Maybe in Minecraft worlds? Although you do not have roads, which makes it a lot harder

I'd say he does write plain text files, which he then converts to html when he wants to share it on his site. The difference perhaps being that the note-taking/creating aspect is done in plain text, and stored as such.

I think the main difference is that bikes generally ride closer to the parked cars than cars. But yeah, looking before making any movement on the road seems like a no brainer.

Didn't read the full article, but couldn't you argue that with audio recording and distribution 1 hour of string quartet playing labor can yield many more person-hours of string quartet listening in 1965 than 1865?
