Bear is the app you need. It’s paid, your notes are in a database (easily exportable as .txt), but I’ve used it for years and years and it’s one of those rare apps that ‘just works’. And it’s something like $25 a year. Utterly reasonable.

Indeed. In my home town we had the ‘metric martyr’, a greengrocer who defied EU law and continued selling bananas in metric measures. There was a whole court thing, he lost, and then he died aged 39 of a heart attack. https://www

That’s very absolutist. There’s a place for rental accommodation. I moved to Australia as a backpacker in 2003 and found a cheap rental. What was I supposed to do, buy a house?

Same here in AU, this happened to me about 8 hours ago. Standard reset procedure worked. Now when trying to configure a Recovery Key from my 2021 iPad Pro I’m told that I can’t do that from ‘this new device’ of mine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ And when

A friend had a skin transplant — inside thigh to foot, IIRC? it was a long time ago — but I do recall that they told me that the hairs come with the skin, and continue to grow as if they were in-situ.

It might have changed in the last 10 years, and it might be different in the USA, but in 2010 when I put on a large theatre production and had to use Ticketmaster, there was no way a ‘kickback’ was part of the equation. Exactly the opposi
