   This is strictly correlative, but good data. I would love to see these numbers from Covid patients: Insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), Vitamin D levels, Muscle mass (DXA scan). Those would give us more causative results.

   Perfectly healthy? Nobody is that. Also, if you are perfectly healthy, you can fight it off no problem. Seems like a hastily written article.

   This reiterates that we all need to create our own lifestyle that works for us. Dinner should not be the largest meal of the day. It hurts our sleep as well as other bodily processes, especially if you include alcohol and sugary dessert. I
