I've come to the realization that planetary colonization is sort of a dangerous and anesthetizing science fiction fantasy. It allows us to mentally defer our reckoning of the finite nature of our planet and its resources.

That's usually SOP at companies which have suicides. Suicidal ideation is contagious. They'll bring in a grief counselor, and encourage you to talk to them , instead.

You're probably using dedicated FTP clients, right? FTP browsing on a web browser is a hack. Uploading files, downloading multiple files at a time, doing _anything_ is just pure pain.
