Grocery stores were emptied but i'll agree that people weren't starving. Maintain housing? I am knee deep trying to buy my first house and completely priced out of my home state. We've had 5 offers on houses now go ~100k over

its rare but im ok with a nested ternary when its being passed down as a prop. dont wanna use a function in that situation. sidenote - I discovered vladimirs blog a while back and love it. high quality content

the XFL missed an opportunity to focus on baseball instead. NFL is too strong on the marketing front and dynamically changes their rules to meet new needs. Baseball is poorly marketed and is extremely slow to change (not always a bad thing)

this is such a dumb, mediocre gotcha interview question. I prefer take homes to live coding questions but ffs, ask me questions that will pertain to my day to day responsibilities and have me explain my code sample. No FE dev in 2022 is cre

I mean they just disclosed a 1.6mil hack 40days ago. I like polygon and unfortunately feel like hacks/stolen funds are part of the maturing process for blockchain projects but im not yet ready to say they are building a reputation for

in addition to cost, there is also a feeling I didn't get ANY value from the curriculum. Some majors are great but many give you 0 skills for the real world. I majored in communications cause I had no idea what I wanted to do in life.

Agreed. At the end of the day you pay X for job Y. Adding a "where you live" variable makes no sense in the context of the work required for job Y.
