Why is something like this being posted? It's been in the docs for ages. Seems like link bait to all the folks drooling over Python lately(of which I am).

It was stated in an email(contractual agreement) that referrals would earn you 10k. That agreement was met during his employment. The company should have given it to him upon completion. They failed to do so. He doesn't forfeit whats his up

If your company is too stupid to have backups in place that's your own damn fault. The fact that he blew the data away is irrelevant. It can happen to anyone. And you think screwing someone out of money they're contractually owed is ok? I'm

You're an inspiring type. Certainly hope I never need to interview with the likes of you. The guy is owed money. he should be paid, regardless of your love affair with Miso.

I'm sure the consumer will love this. I wonder when(if) these will be added to non-physical media (i.e., Netflix).

That's strange. I forgot about the Sony site. The best one was the Exchange program. Was cool to see a connectdb.php file with 3 credentials to 3 different servers...

Did anyone find any interesting sites with this vulnerability? I found a Chinese exchange program and an 'ask Army' *.mil site that has since been patched.

Wake Up Call is something I've been working on for a little while. This is my attempt at seeing if there is any demand. The premise is simple; waking up sucks. Making sure you get out of bed sucks even more. I want to make sure you get out

Thanks for the awesome answer. My girlfriend and my weekend are not pleased with you but I'm pretty excited to explore this. Thanks again!

Interesting article. I've been toying with the idea of learning a LISP lately and you sold me. What is a good route to explore this? I.e., what should I install(I run Linux/OSX and Windows) and what are some real world applications? Also, d

Hardly. People here routinely call themselves "Dev ops". They choose to go down that road and tout themselves as "One man shops".

Maybe you shouldn't call yourself "dev ops" if you don't want to focus on this type of thing?

I don't understand why you feel the need to post this link everyday. How about you try advertising elsewhere and see if that helps?

I can see this going badly. I understand they probably have altruistic motives but I can see some website owner claiming their vulnerable site was 'safe' through obscurity but was attacked due to this public shaming. Should be interesting.

I can't help but wonder, what possesses the CEO of a company to not act on this type of information, in SOME capacity? Is it apathy, perhaps they're so busy that they never see it?

Jesus man, have some dignity. You're whoring that name around here like nobodies business. Edit: Double-Jesus on a stick! I counted ~6 of YOUR references in this one thread. Pretty unimpressive.

This cost Netflix my business today. -I have ZERO desire to know what my friends are watching. -I unsubscribed from receiving promotional emails. -I received said promotional email. -I clicked the link to unsubscribe. -Said link was broken.
