I came away from this article feeling cautiously optimistic. As the article noted, they had 800 applicants, accepted 50, and graduated 35. It's great that those 35 got jobs, but what do you do with those 750 people who couldn't ge

All of the tools that you mentioned don't have any actual code behind them. When I say "actual code", I mean the ability to actually go in and write lines of code to modify your prototypes. Sketch and InVision (not sure about

The article only mentions land value once, and in my opinion this is a huge oversight. There's articles going back to 2010[0] that speculate that a land bubble had been going for a few years, and when that's coupled with quantitat

Liking the new logo, but the rest of it just seems...ok? I really hope they tone down that motion, watching it on the screen made me go "Woah", and not in a good way.

As someone whose only entrepreneurial idea is to open an ISP, this is a great read. I'd like to know how the councilman and the director of operations helped out. Did they expedite permits, waive fees, or something else?

Look into a used Corvette. Most of the time they're not daily drivers, have low miles, and have been garaged. They're fantastic used cars, and the performance mod market is so large.

While my 401(k) is thankful, I'm wondering how much longer this can go on. Obviously the stock market got a big boost due to the tax cuts which lead to companies repatriating a bunch of overseas profits, but what happens next year when

The biggest change I see from the NA model is that localities don't really have the ability to make their own rules. Seems like this would require a very strong movement at the state level to ever implement something like this.
