I'm not sure how much overlap there is between people who use live.com and people who use Mozilla's Firefox. I'd assume that people who use live.com use internet explorer because they apparently have some sort of preference to Microsoft pro

A word is a word before it gets put in the dictionary. A dictionary is a subset of the language. You cannot prove something isn't a word by showing that it is not in the dictionary, but if its in the dictionary, then it is definitely a word

I'm pretty sure Pandora, etc. do give a small amount of money to the music owners each time the song is played. Is that not a source of revenue?

I believe apple has something similar to this in the case that they have a multi-touch track pad which can recognize some multi-touch commands. I'm not sure to what extent you can use it for though. (of course, macs still have the keyboard.
