That’s been my experience. Also, if I’m doing CRUD, and I’ve already written code for one resource, it will give me completions in the style of that first one.

This is what I use github copilot for.

Music on a long thin wire is also very pleasing in a meditative way. A drone with what could be described as a rich “overtone cloud”. I once showed it to a friend who is a massage therapist and they would use it for sessions.

PeachPie may be worth a look. It’s a php to .net compiler. https://www.peachpie.io/

Maybe the desktop UI story isn’t quite there yet. But I’ve been using .NET >= 5 web apps for years on linux, and it’s pretty solid with Rider. No issues debugging. While I would prefer if I could use free tooling, Rider pays for itself i

The market is very competitive- capacity can get tight, which makes room for the “little guy” to grab a load. Even at the biggest companies with millions of lines of software, tons of logistics is still driven by email. Job boards are big b

This is called 3rd party logistics, a trillion dollar industry. I work as an SE at one the larger ones.

To me, the files are in the filesystem of the OS on my computer. I can edit, build, and debug with a toolchain that is running on my computer. I may or may not have dependencies in a development environment that I call over the network, but

Making an album. It’s been a journey. For about a year I was trying to do it all by myself. Then one former band mate moved back, another reached out and we reunited to make new music. This is gonna sound corny, but after that first time we

It’s an approach I really enjoy. Back in the day express referred to itself as a sinatra-style library (ruby). It also seems like the modern .NET Core Http request pipeline and minimal API are inspired by express.

I used to do more node work, and that was mostly pre v4. Express was the go-to. There’s more options out there now. I did a bit of research a few years back, and my go-to now is Fastify. https://fastify.dev/

I think I would even enjoy someone handing me a gold star sticker.

by jcpst 3y ago
It has nothing to do with the amount. It’s an uncommon item with real value. Gold stars and lollipops are not US currency. Also, I hope most people don’t believe a gift of less than $10 usd is an insult. It’s not nothing.

I use a SE 2020. I thought about getting a 14 when they introduced the “satellite phone” feature. Also thought about getting a 15 because it supports recording LOG video files. My point is I’m not so sure it’s plateaued- I don’t buy them as

It goes deeper than that. Even after all the sophisticated systems and automation, a huge amount of logistics is still email-driven, and it seems next to impossible to get account managers, carriers and customers past that.

I was hoping someone would chime in with something like this. Thank you!

My thoughts too. This is going to be tedious for those of us with larger collections… too bad there doesn’t seem to be a way to bulk download from my library.
