What’s not great is mobile Safari’s penchant for refreshing a browser window nearly every time I return to it, regardless of how long the window has been idle. This is my biggest and perhaps only gripe about the iPad. It doesn't have eno

The US did intend to invade the mainland with Operation Downfall. In fact, they ordered so many Purple Hearts in preparation for the attack, that in 2003, there were still 120,000 left from the order. All military casualties since WWII ha

I use a receipt document scanner for this. Unless this will categorize and store receipts, I'm not sure how useful it actually is. Paper receipts are a pain point, expense categorization isn't.

These infographics never seem to be created by people with hard water or well water. Life does exist outside of San Fransico, and even with a water treatment system, water can taste bad. Sometimes people take action for reasons you don't

Except that defending the nation is all over the constitution, whereas giving people health care for free isn't anywhere. Specifically in the preamble, when referring to the "common defense" the framers used the terminology "provide"; when

Democracy would be allowing the populace the time to read and digest multi-thousand page bills before voting, and not allowing totally unrelated sweeping changes hidden in bills. This has nothing to do with health care, whatsoever, in any

This is at least a full time job, probably two, and maybe three depending on how many of our clients get the reporting wrong. That's a cost of $100k - $300k each year just for the accountants. Let's not forget that some clients will misre

This will be an unmitigated disaster. Office Depot will get 50 million or so 1099's. How do you deal with that many accounting discrepancies? How do you match that many transactions to all those forms. What about under and over-reportin
