A significant number of individuals using this rule use it in bad faith. E.g subletting the place without paying the landlord rent because they cannot be evicted. The landlord will never be paid and take a loss

I agree you can learn many lessons about what not to do. The broader point I'm making here is that there's a billion things not to do and a few things you should do. The successful startups will also make mistakes, iterate, and te

The point is that the valuable lessons and growth on how to effectively build a successful startup only occurs at those high success high growth companies. I've been at successes and failures. You learn much more from success.

I've worked at multiple startups sub 50 to >1000 (unicorn status) and have founded and sold my own company. I've also worked at a few of the FAANGs. This is common advice, especially among VCs since it's one of the key ben

How does this work? Brake pads don't seem like they should be different on an EV. It's really just the engine components that should have less wear and tear and those only come into play at the 30k and 60k mark

The most illogical part of this is that tips already account for inflation because... They're a percentage! But the vast majority of people can't understand math so fall for the argument of tips needing to increase to help match i

I've worked in the housing industry. The unfortunate reality here is that it's really hard to tell if discrimination actually happened because appraisals are all fluff anyway and that kind of a difference between two different app

Just an FYI, Zillow is litigious and your entire service goes against their ToS. They will sue if this takes off and doesn't help them to somehow.

You and your article are wrong. Place extra metal on one side near and edge and run the experiment again. All because you can't imagine a way to do it doesn't mean it can't be physically done. This is a lesson kids. Randos on

Tom is being disingenuous here. And he's well aware where the sleight of hand lies. The VPE today is getting more equity but the startup is overvalued and won't exit to the public market at the save growth rate. 10 years ago, you&
