You don't need a framework to enforce architecture, people have been doing this for ages just using Types and Domain Driven Design.

Actually since forever, you don't need to use document.getElementById("x") in any case. You just by putting the id to the element, it is already available to you referencing it by such id. So this: document.getElementBy

Indeed, New-Agnostic Constructor Pattern, is the simpliest patter if you want to avoid the new keyword: function User (name, lastname) { if (!(this instanceof User)) { return new User(name, lastname); } this.
