I am a web developer too, and i can't see any point of this. If i would realy wanna test webapps or responsive websites, i would just do it in a emulator or in my realy phone.

I love it and the fact that support older sdk is a big plus to me. Plus is very easy to use. Edit: Something that i would like is that the icons popup a bit more, they are too thin.

Agree, to build website maybe not the best solution but i think it has it place for internal and no exposed apps like (CMS, andministrators, dashboards, etc) that normaly the public viewer wouldn't ever see.

I begin to think that people that compare Linux's desktop like Unity, KDE, GNOME, Pantheon, etc with Windows 95, or 98 are just trolling around and shouldn't be taken seriously.

I use TaffyDB for models and Reactjs as controllers ,views and state manipulation. Is good enough.
