So, you cannot possibly offend white males? In your world, apparently only women and minorities have the right to be offended.

I don't particularly like the sweatpants and the puppy rooms, etc. but I can live with it - they will grow out of it over time. What I am much more worried about are two things: 1. More students are joining the constantly-offended-by-e

Make no mistake, it is all by design. Counselors, puppy rooms, etc. - the "higher education" industrial complex needs to keep growing and justify the ever-increasing tuition. I put "higher education " in quotes because i

A beautiful aspect of our lives reduced to narcisistic, transactional, dehumanizing consumption. I realize the article was exaggerated, but I have run into people like that in real life. Depressing.

You were downvoted (not by me) for not providing anything meaningful to the discussion, not because of your bias. Stop being a victim, don't blame other people every time you screw up (as we all do from time to time)

Exactly. Pop-culture in the US (and high-school/college kids are drowning in it) is very anti-intellectual in general. And getting worse every year (reality shows, etc). But a lot of discrimination comes from female peer-pressure, not
