I really don't think dragon writer was saying it's okay. I appreciated the clarification since the statement "literally executed by crucifixion" is untrue.

https://acaai.org/allergies/types/food-allergies/types-food-... Gluten can induce anaphylaxis in some people. I guess we just wait now for them to ban all gluten-containing foods?

It seems my "life-tax" is needing to eat about twice as much as my wife. The extra food I eat costs more than pads. However, my wife prefers a cup, so that cost is gone. I'm still left with my dietary needs. Our weights are n

I don't know about OP but they did lie to me to get me to sign up to a paid plan, then told me what I was asking for was actually not supported.

I decided it's time to give DuckDuckGo another shot. I just realised it's a lot nicer to scroll through its results than Google is now.

PopOS has converted me. The main overly complex and brittle thing now seems to be the installation of programs from so many different sources, and apt itself. If that was a better user experience I'd have no trouble recommending it to

I don't think so. I've never tried but I don't think running VS Code, Sublime Merge, a Kubernetes cluster and numerous other things would work well in a Docker image, which is only designed to run one process.

Admittedly it's a different model, but I can't even get my Surface Pro 4 to boot from a Linux ISO. I followed Microsoft's instructions meticulously and it just didn't work when Linux was on the USB drive. I don't th

That's a ridiculous thing to say about modern medicine. I can only assume you are just unaware of what most of medicine is. I'm a medical practitioner.

Nothing. Occasionally I upgrade the specs on one of the machines (vertical scaling) with one click. I'm not so bothered about having a bit of extra capacity since the VMs are so much cheaper than on GCS/AWS/Azure. Eventually

This is not necessarily true. I learned Kubernetes and converted a complex network of services over from Docker about a year ago. It took me about a month. I barely have to do anything for ongoing maintenance. It's taking up less of my

TL;DR: I love PopOS. I tried yet again to switch from Windows to Linux 2 days ago. I've tried before but have always ended up back at Windows (WSL is actually pretty useful). I tried and failed to get a few Linux distros (that I found
