Sure, but it's a bit much to say something like this, don't you think? >The best thing to do to deal with carpal tunnel is to change your keyboard out every few months. N=1. Expensive solution. More likely alternative explanati

It's more likely you're just conscious of your hand posture now.

Because then we'd all still be using an improved Angular, or even something earlier. If that's what you want then you're welcome to make that happen for yourself.

You may be right but it doesn't matter who did it. It's still possibly a factor in its success.

Amazon is saying they want to be a price leader in Australia. It's still definitely a tactic of theirs.

Facebook forces you to download the app to use Messenger when on an Android device (possibly others). A third party app is required to avoid that ridiculousness.

It's much much better, but still not very clear in many places. Just the other day I was struggling to figure out what some magical terms were referring to.

Based on our conversation I'm guessing you're American. FYI: In Australia we say "22nd of April 2017".

The only thing you took issue with was me saying most of the world uses dd/mm/yy. In fact, I suggested that it is ambiguous for the reason you described. I'm not sure what you're trying to convince me of.

I thought picking it up was a bit extreme until I realised krylon was talking about daddy long-legs spider. Fair enough. If there was a pick-uppable spider I think that would be it.

by jazoom 9y ago
Did you have a source for that? Wikipedia disagrees with you. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Date_format_by_country

by jazoom 9y ago
In this case it's only ambiguous because a populated country uses an insane version and plasters those insanely-formatted dates all over the world wide web.

by jazoom 9y ago
What's not "sane" about the format most of the world uses? dd/mm/yy Maybe you meant "unambiguous"?

You might be replying to the wrong comment. I didn't say anything about Windows RT being a failure. The only meaning I was trying to convey was that Microsoft DID try to push an ARM platform many years ago.

by jazoom 9y ago
I think you forgot about Windows RT.

What will it take for people to chill out and accept people for who they are? People should just be excellent to each other and there would be no need to fight everything.

Straightforward documentation. Nice API. Small size. Good performance. I think I might use this. Thanks!

We also drive on the left in Australia. It was arbitrary which side to drive on since neither left nor right is superior. Miles vs km on the other hand...

Usually when I post a quote from the article to shed light on what it's actually talking about it is appreciated. What's different about this time that causes a bunch of downvotes?
