2 GB / 1 vCPU about $20. On DO you can get 4 GB / 2 vCPUs plus 80 GB storage and 4 TB on Transfer for $20. (Same with linode.com, upcloud.com)

Arria 10 FPGA is kind of mid range, I think they go around for 500 bucks , you can buy the dev board for 5K ( https://www.altera.com/products/boards_and_kits/dev-kits/alt... )

I have worked for bunch F100 organization and many times I have ended up writing my own library or tool because the effort that need to buy a $99 tool is so huge, its cheaper to write my own logging frame work, ORM or deployment script. It

I was one of the first people to start using Tableau, I even bought a license for my own use so I can learn (Yep sick of the 14 day trial), but these days Excel / Power BI does most the work, Salesforce with Wave is competing with them

How do integrate business logic on the back end ? Do we implement EventSource / Server-Sent Events protocol and have a server on our back end that is basically the logic server ? Also have any one done a C# wrapper for your REST layer

I can relate to this and the way to get around this is to find some thing that will make the interesting. Its like going to the gym, if you find some link then you will love what you are doing. Have you read any of the writings by Tony Robb
