Spotify is working in the realm of artist royalties. Much less content on YouTube would be subject to this and if some form of royalty did go into effect, youtube would have a huge say in how it was setup.

In the late '90s I'd do a much smaller scale eBay gambit. Buy Plam Pilots or Palm Pliots (eBay used to not suggest corrected spellings) cheap and flip them for more money as Palm Pilots. Looking back, it was probably a waste of

I agree. Tweet-a-beer (especially for a local brewery) has more of a community feel. Tweet-a-coffee (even though I end up at starbucks almost daily) feels more like giving to a faceless corporation.

That's not a short, though. You don't profit on the difference between prices, you only get the chance to buy again at a lower price, but not sure if the stock will go back up.
