Just lock them up anyway and pardon yourself for ignoring the pardon if that's how the game is played. The idea of a blanket pardon is absurd on its face and we're only allowing it because we're allowing political prosecution

It's wild to me how many of these comments are appealing to local law without any thought to what is just. If the local law was to deny all women or some ethnic group access to communication, the world should do it without question?

You need to use their shader and lighting model and yeah, you don't have full control of the lighting at that point. If you have existing assets its really not trivial at all to port them and get them looking right. Not impossible but

Aha, I see now that they're trying hard to hide the battery pack wire. Almost all the shorts are showing the right side of the device to hide the custom battery jack.

> one app can emit a lighting effect that will shade the other's rendering I always felt this was such an outrageous burden to developers. Its cute and all but really, who cares? I don't need one desktop window to emit light

You could just have a mono-repo with a large amount of assets that aren't always relevant to pull. Incremental builds and diff only pulls are not enough in a modern workflow. You either need to keep a fleet of warm builders or you nee

They're really not that interchangeable. They're targeting different hardware with different performance ratings and control schemes. Sure you can probably stream PC VR from steam to most of these but it's not the same as on

I guess that's what, ~$600? But the odds of using all that on the same account and caring about the savings seems pretty niche.

Only buy the product for what it is, and not what it might be. Assuming they don't go out of their way to brick it post shutdown, you should still have an ok device.

If we could stack chips, what's the theoretical density there? How thin could the layers actually be? If a chip were to be stacked as tall as it was wide, are we talking 10x, 100x, 100,000x? I guess for N stacks you're still payi

Games are a deep pipeline. Technically they would be looking at cost and revenue projections 3-5 years out, not this year or last year. That said, I think its completely justified for union bargaining to push back on the idea that its the
