Well damn, I did the exact same thing. But I still need to be well rested if I'm buying clothes or the anxiety might kick right back in. Sometimes it helps just sitting down and having a drink.

Hey, this is me as well. Just keep going and eventually the anxiety wears off and you can actually look at clothes. I am sorry :-(

I am also in Europe, and the new model is insanely expensive to the point where I can no longer defend getting one for personal use. My job will probably buy one the next time I'm due for an upgrade.

Which has been the case in all of Elons endeavours. They usually take twice the time at double the cost, and probably cost some marriages along the way. But he does get publicity and funds it out of his own pocket as far as he can.

I think the more interesting stats would be in the are of non-fatal injuries. If you die, the hit was probably pretty hard, but there are loads more people getting injured but not life-threatening. Breaking boths legs and a concussion would

Yeah, I didn't understand much of the gcc compile errors until I took a course in compilers...

I thought the same. The post does not explain anything at all, just dumps a lot of jargon. I think it says employees are convinced to spend their money on options/equity in the startup they work for, but a startup is a gamble, most do

7. Being precise. The precision you hold yourself to through a rigorous approach to a problem is also very valuable and is the reason I think calculus is very important.

Go has replaced all my 'scripting' needs. Way easier to deploy static binaries and I get static typing for my scripts. Maintaining a python install on multiple servers and OSes is a nightmare

This is how the Norwegian system works. It's shit if you learn quicker than the others, and all time is spent on the 3 most disruptive pupils.

I have had a literal ditch digging job, and I hated that even more. But I still find myself longing for such a thing. Maybe if I could just have 3-4 days per year? xD

I don't put too much trust into Elon time, but I do believe that if it is at all possible to achieve, Elon is going to will it into existence.

I find that experience and a rigorous approach is vital for debugging efficiently. It's like being a detective, where often the most effective technique is _disproving_ your theories.

Early game you cant afford 10 scouts. I think the difficulty of interpreting the information and the act of information gathering itself as a basis for planning and decision making is hard.

I'm only one year out of uni and I figured this too. Lines of code are features and state that will increase the cost of other new features. So adding lines is a cost. The hard part is figuring out what lines of code (features) to add,

How do people do that? I'm fairly new in the game, but right after Christmas I had to work 3 weeks, about 70 hours each in a row. I was _exhausted_ after that. By the end of the third week, my head was just spinning and I went on a low
