The site is missing warmups in general, and would be a good addition. Perhaps there some warmups would only be for specific exercise types. E.g. yoga warmups for yoga moves.

I don't think they need to follow any order, but some people might like doing them in various orders.

Something like this is definitely needed. I like how you start by selecting what you have access to. It would be great if a yoga mat were another option. Then you could link to videos of yoga moves, just as you do with other exercises.

Then the title is misleading. Not everyone saw the email, many expected more, e.g. a scream test.

Perhaps cards are the answer? The minified table kind of looks like a card. Also, tables are good for scanning for something in a lot of data. Cards don't do that very well.

It's far more hopeful than it's been before too. We're asking ourselves what the consequences will be, which we have the time to do. But where do you go with those questions? I think the right answer is don't freak out,

The hardest thing is to consistently do everything right. Building and deploying software correctly isn't easy, or anyone could do it with minimal training.

The tool was discontinued because site owners didn't like people creating sideways content without anything they could do about it. E.g. moderation.

Make sure your diet is good & healthy, and get regular exercise. Walking is good. Supplements would likely help. B Complex (10-25mg for most B vitamins), magnesium, zinc, lutein (20mg) and fish oil are all good. Most of those, if not al
