   To be fair, even the iPod click wheel did have velocity scrolling. We're working on getting that added. This version doesn't have it quite yet unfortunately.

   I think that should be fine. I'm going to be adding more documentation, and the license will be/is open source. - keep and eye on the repo and we'll be adding more features.

   I'm in chrome on MacOS and it works for me and others, you don't have JS disabled with an extension do you? Also you have to click and drag around in a circle for it to work.

   Agreed, I'd like to get the velocity working correctly. I think about how natural it feels on https://tannerv.com/ipod/ we still have a bit to go to get to that point. And I appreciate the mention about the button

    We built this to easily see what various titles would look like if they were on the front page of HN. Sometimes the best way to create a title is to see how it fits within the context of the place it will be read.

    I've also been frustrated with the guess limit. It's enormously challenging to come up with new words on the spot, while not crashing the bird.

    Also, I've played a bit now and I've successfully gotten the word twice. In reality I think the difficulty is too high for it to have enough of a retention sort of hook.
