Poland. It was the most criticised part of initial restrictions, fortunately it is being relaxed on Monday (going out for recreation is allowed, opened parks and forests, however masks mandatory when going outside).

IIRC it used to just start iteration at a pseudorandom index and then iterate normally. I looked at it couple years ago, don't know if they changed it.

I tend to mainly use const, let only when necessary. I never use var and set linter to scream about it at me. IE11 supports it, so unless you develop application for IE compatibility mode (my condolences) I don't see a reason to use v

For phone numbers if you accept numbers without country code then you need to know it. This library correctly handles numbers with country code without specifying the country in other way.
