Trump has already said in many cases that he wants to leave it up to the states, rather than the federal government. I don't see this as being any different.

At this point, most people should be using a password manager. All of my passwords are the longest the site will allow (usually 64 random letter, number, and symbols). In addition to this, 2FA (non-SMS) should be enabled where available (

I seriously doubt they are skimming. It's most likely the company that is actually doing the currency exchange that is overcharging AirBnB and they are pushing the cost onto the end user.
