Can you even trademark the name of a historic person like that? He's been dead for 549 years. Could I start using Einstein (dead for 62 years) or Galileo (dead for 375 years) as a trademark?

Those comments are automatically inserted by Xcode into every file you create. Probably the author just forgot to edit them to their liking.

Europeans had a few. There was StudiVZ in Germany and tuenti in Spain. Once Facebook arrived with localised versions on the European market it destroyed all of the clones. Talk about network effects.

You can include the <svg> directly in HTML source code. No extra requests needed. In some circumstances it might be a better trade-off. Especially when you use a small amount of icons. Also, you can style each path individually using

I would assume they have their ways of obtaining admin access. Probably those auth-bypass tools have a separate codename. Dumbo itself needs admin access, but nobody said they don't use multiple tools in combination.

My guess would be: - BKK is the client of T-Systems. They have a contract for the development and maintenance of this system which might contain clauses about liability or indemnification in cases of hacking, security bugs, negligency, etc.

I would say color discrimination is easier because it's basically 1-dimensional. In the best case you could do it with a resolution of a single photoreceptor. If you account for ambient lighting, shadows, etc you still just have a 2-di

No, it's probably not a 0-day this time. But this exploit used to be a NSA 0-day before it became public. Everything that's happening now is the "lite" version of what the NSA is capable of.
