I was asking myself the same question and am 99% sure it isn't protected by IP laws. It is another story for the training data and the source code used to run the model.

90% of what is generated is not doable. You cannot just add a new window like that, or change the view you have. Also the furniture that is generated doesn't exist as it is generated as well, so how are you actually supposed to buy it?
